Meet Sarah Daniel...

Hi all, my name is Sarah, I'm London based and on the hunt for a creative partner. I'm coming into the world of advertising from a graphic design background but hoping to build a fluid relationship as I like to do copy as well. I've been writing since I was about three so I've got lots of experience. I had a bit of trouble initially with the letter S (I used to write it backwards) but I overcame this minor hiccup and moved swiftly on to joined-up handwriting. These days I'm accomplished in all the standard tools of the trade - biro, sharpie, HB pencil - you name it, I can write with it. If you're a bit of a hipster I could be convinced to use a typewriter, but I draw the line at unicycles. 

When my mind wanders of to the hopefully not-to-distant future, I dream about creating work with lots of humour, work that helps the world and work that pushes boundaries. I realise that in reality I'll probably be flogging toilet roll, but that's ok too. 

I'm at the early stages of an advertising career but I have worked in various other roles so I know plenty about the world of work.

My names Ollie. I'm 21. I'm from Liverpool studying in Edinburgh. I like Peep Show. I like Rock & Roll. I like football. I like inhaling oxygen and exhaling carbon dioxide...

I'm a final year Graphic Design and believe it or not I'm on the hunt for a creative partner! Ideally, 'said partner' would have skills in both copywriting and art direction, as I'm not entirely sure what I class myself as yet. However, I think the majority of my skills lie within art direction so if you solely want to be a copywriter I COULD BE PERSUADED. 

I've completed a few different internships throughout the UK, but I've not got a wealth of advertising experience. However, my final project at Uni is solely going to be aimed towards building an advertising portfolio, so it would be good to chat with people about that! (I'm dead good and making stuff look well nice and that though).

Full-time weirdo looking for a partner in crime and maybe doing some ads. 

I've done 5 placements after finishing at SCA 2.0. Mr. President, M&C Saatchi and VCCP with my old partner. Sadly my partner got deported (he's an Aussie). I was at Havas Work Club for a bit as a single, and then worked with someone at AMV (where I'm at now until xmas) but we've decided to part ways. 

I'm looking for an Art Director who is laid back and fun and works just as well in a pub as they do at their desk. Ideally it would be someone with a bit of experience under their belt as I'd be keen to get hired asap, but it's all down to the portfolio and how well we get on really!

I've attached a few ideas (rest are on my old portfolio), the embedded video, won a New Blood D&AD Pencil in 2014. I like to do non-advertising kind of advertising, led by insights and solving problems.

Meet Gemma Ghelardi...

GEMMA GHELARDI
ABOUT:

Creative mind looking for an art director to help me take over the world. 

I worked as a creative strategy intern at ISOBAR, where my social campaign for IKEA has been shortlisted - and hopefully will get chosen. Other brands I’ve explored include PURINA, SWIPE/FLOW and ISOBAR itself.

Beforehand I graduated in Behavioural Economics, started an art space in Berlin and published a novel. The Behavioural Economics degree is particularly useful as it basically is the marketing science of the subconscious - in other words, I could convince you to do something without you even fully being aware of it hehe! In fact, I’m finding the alternative background quite useful as it gives me a lot more perspectives and ideas on things. 

Basically I’m full of ideas, ambitious, hard-working and incredibly funny - well, at least I make myself laugh a lot.

Meet Matt Hurst...

ABOUT:

Hello! I'm a recent ad-grad from university, spent a month at 
Havas as a junior creative before coming to the conclusion that the 
pharmaceutical design side of the industry wasn't for me. I'm now 
looking for a partner to put a whole new book together to approach 
agencies for intern/junior positions.

I'm currently based between Manchester & Leeds, so if you're in the 
north, that might help. I'm currently putting some money aside to get 
myself down to London as I've managed to establish some great contacts 
which might be able to help get my (see: our) book seen at Saatchi, 
Ogilvy, Grey, JWT, among others. The problem for now however is getting 
that book together and to a standard we're comfortable with!

I'd say I'm definitely more visual so if I had to pick a side it would 
be an art director, so that would mean I'm traditionally looking for a 
copywriter however if you've got a foot in both camps, definitely get in 
touch, we can work it out.

I know the location thing might be a problem for now, but that will 
hopefully be changing soon.

Fresh out of an extended Internship at Mother London I intend on going back but not empty handed. I’m looking for the chilli to my chocolate. That’s right we don’t have to think alike we just have to produce kick ass work.

A Creative at heart, 21 and based in London, I’m not strictly looking for a Copywriter just someone has a skill to their craft and the drive to make things happen.

In my work I like to mix new tech, interaction and a good narrative.

Hi! I’m Mary, a single copywriter who just finished the MA Creative Advertising course at Falmouth University. I’m from Norway, but I’ve lived in the UK for 4 years now, so I’ve lost my Scandinavian accent (thank god). I just moved to northwest London, and I’m now looking for an art director who is as ambitious and passionate about ideas as I am.
